Events Overview

Hanna is a professional photographer. Her work ranges from documentary photography to portraiture, and includes an interest in macro- and travel photography.   Her passion for photography is contagious. For her, photography has become her passport and the enabling medium for living a creative life.  Hanna has a degree in Communications. She also has two Masters degrees – one in Political Science, as well as an MBA, both from the University of Stellenbosch.  She completed her studies for the Diploma in Professional Photography at the National College of Photography in Pretoria, and from then on held lecturing positions in Photography.  Her career has presented her with many opportunities in journalism, public relations and lecturing. In 2008, she spearheaded the opening of the new campus of the National College of Photography in Cape Town.  She presents her courses locally but also does so in other parts of Southern Africa.
